Abstract

Welcome to the 4th Kuwait Orthopedic Conference, which will be held at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel, Kuwait from 15-17 January 2026.

It is with great pleasure that we invite healthcare professionals in Kuwait and across the region to submit abstracts for Posters on orthopedic topics sharing your creative concepts, original research, and practical experiences in the field.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
  • Abstracts must be submitted using the form given below. Abstract may be submitted as text.
  • An abstract of your original investigative research and case studies contributing to the advancement of care in orthopedics may be submitted for consideration.
  • These may include full clinical studies, research results or interesting case reports or new technique relevant to the conference topic.
  • Abstract submission opens September 10, 2025.
  • Last date for submission is December 01, 2025.
  • Acceptance Notifications will be emailed by December 11, 2025.
  • Abstract content must meet the standard of an academic / scientific presentation.
  • Abstracts should avoid any commercial promotion and those containing any such bias will not be considered.
  • The abstracts must not be more than 350 words in length and must meet the standard international format consisting of an Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results and Conclusions.
  • The abstract must be based on original research or original clinical case studies.
  • Also, previous presented research in past international meetings may be accepted.
  • The scientific committee will evaluate the abstracts for their relevance to the conference theme, their scientific content, their novelty and whether a logical process and structure has been followed in the scientific work, and make the final selection of the abstracts for e-posters and/or oral presentation.
  • The submitting author will receive all correspondence about the abstract so we advise that the submitting author details that are entered are the same details as those of the presenting author.

Submit Abstract

Guidelines for FINAL e-Posters
  • The poster will be displayed in a portrait format on the electronic screen.
  • A high-resolution PDF file should be submitted through the conference email.
  • Edit your material down to essential words.
  • Use of tables, lists, figures, and diagrams is highly encouraged.
  •  
  • Use short bulleted sentences rather than lengthy paragraphs.
  •  
  • Put the material in the structure of the abstract: Introduction, Methods or Case Report, Results or Case Discussion, and Conclusions.
  •  
  • The Poster should be in line with the abstract submitted and any significant changes must be approved by the conference organizers.
  • Last date for e-Poster submission is 05 January 2026.
  • Only the submitting author will present and get a certificate. For those authors who cannot physically attend in person, they will have an option to send a recorded presentation of 5 minutes duration that will be played during the e-Poster segment of the conference.
  • Expenses associated with abstract or case report preparation, submission, and presentation are the responsibility of the presenter(s)/author(s).
  • Authors of accepted abstracts and case reports are expected to register for the Conference and pay the registration fee, unless they apply for, and qualify for, complimentary registration.
Important Dates
  • September 10, 2025: Submission period opens
  • December 1, 2025: Submission period closes at 12:00 p.m.
  • December 11, 2025: Notification of submission acceptance sent electronically to first author
  • 05 January, 2026: Last date for poster submission
